Erasmus Made Easy: A New Era for European Intercultural Students (PART 3/3)
Culture shock seems to be the main fear for those moving abroad. This is due to the emotional distance we have with other cultures. In this last part we will deeply explore concepts that explain the behaviors of people—both yours and those of others—to help you understand your host country better even before you depart. After all, the success of your stay relies on your preparation before you embark.
Available in English audio with options for subtitles in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Korean.

What makes this course different?
The Erasmus program is a unique and transformative experience, but to fully experience it, it takes more than just traveling to another country. You need to prepare yourself to deal with cultural and academic challenges, and that is exactly what our training offers both for those who go and those who stay. After all, parents can be excellent instructors in the pre-departure stage as well and are more than welcome at this course.
With an innovative methodology based on Intercultural Sciences (Intercultural Psychology & Intercultural Education), we will provide you with the right strategies to ensure you make the most of your journey, whether it is social integration, relationships with international colleagues or adaptation to the local academic system.
This training is not about solving problems, but about preventing difficulties and helping you become more flexible, resilient and self-confident. It will allow you to take ownership of your international experience with a smarter, more prepared and relaxed approach, so that your stay is more than just a trip – it is a true milestone in your academic and personal development.
