About the course

Intercultural High School Training for Exchangee at Boarding Schools
In this course, you will discover innovative tools to understand your life abroad, how your behavior and perception of the world can influence your adaptation and how to interact with people from a new culture. How can your attitude be a decisive factor in the success or failure of your experience? And what will your family of origin be like? What to expect from the relationship with your roommate? How can everyone's involvement affect the exchange journey? Will your boyfriend/girlfriend stay, what will it be like with the distance? And how to make friends, adapt, learn the language?
This training will help you create healthier and more lasting relationships throughout your international experience, based on a deep understanding of the behavior and culture of the countries you will visit, as well as a deep understanding of your own behavior within the challenging experience of migration. You will also learn to identify what to expect from the local people, how they think, act and react, and how to adapt your approach in a practical way.
You will be surprised by new and revealing concepts that will enrich your perception of the exchange, bringing clarity and new insights to transform your experience. The time of the old “culture shock” and all the unnecessary suffering behind adaptation is over.
This training was developed for you and your parents. It raises awareness and equips the entire family to minimize risk factors and greatly increase their chances of success. It will give you peace of mind and confidence to deal with the challenges that arise and make your adaptation easier and more natural for both those who leave and those who stay.
Available in English audio with options for subtitles in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Korean.
